The overwhelming majority of these still operate according to a business model that assumes, at least implicitly, that clients will insist upon the best legal talent instead of the best bargain for legal talent. That assumption has become rickety.

 

I wouldn't disagree with that.

 

In fact, I'd say that's a big problem across the societal board.

 

One of the days, I'm sure, Ayn Rand will be viewed in the same light as Karl Marx - fun ideas in theory, not so much in the practical.  In the meantime, we will all continue to suffer until we realize it's not about wealth, it's about accomplishment.
