"A good teacher is not someone who stands up in the front of the class and gives out all the answers; a good teacher is someone who knows the challenges that their students are facing and helps them solve those challenges and get the answers."

It's what good teachers do.  It's also what true leaders do.  That, and lead by example.

He's definitely off to a good start.
