The skin is being peeled off of the contemporary organization.  It hurts.  It's ugly.  It's inevitable.  It goes at the pace of the market.

 

 

Anyone who reads this blog will know why I love that exact framing. 

 

How does an entity like a company, or a political party, or government become agile in a rapidly-evolving environment?

 

The answer's not hard.  You just have to commit a bit of sociology to find it.
