The Forecast for Ontario is Social Innovation

This strategy will give young people the practical tools and support they need to learn new skills, start their own business, and turn their ideas and innovations into Ontario's next big industries.

Maximizing their personal potential, as is were.  Strong individuals for a strong Ontario.

Of course I think empowering young people to shape the future that, ultimately, they will be the caretakers of is a good idea.  We can't expect the masters of yesterday's tools to be the best users of today's.

But we knew that already, didn't we?
