Grit Vs Tradition

- what actually produces sustainable results?  Not money - that's a one-generation fix that leave the next helpless.  That reality, however, is increasingly becoming convention - Ayn Rand's Objectivist dream, oddly enough, is flourishing in post-Marxist China and, like Marxism before it, is showing some fatal flaws.
 
But there's hope:
 
 
Holding fast to conservative, failing traditions - the burning platform - is easier, more frustrating and ultimately, a failed strategy.
 
Change isn't easy - nothing worthwhile is.  It takes grit to look past the first marshmallow to what can be achieved through discipline, patience and endurance.
